Full project lifecycle migration to Liquidlogic and Early Help (System C). Involved in testing and reconciling complex data migrations and developing either new Business Objects Reports or from SQL or Crystal Reports. Leading and training the BI Team to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence for the April go live. Attending training sessions and Programme Board meetings. Formatting and linking Reports to the Google Looker Studio Dashboards for KPI performance figures.

Developing Power BI Dashboards for Adults and Childrens Social Care from the Mosaic system. This included Finance and Budget data, a Safeguarding Quarterly Report and a Report with several Dashboards, which updated every hour from the Live System for the Access and Response Team. The Dashboards contained slicers, graphs, summary tables, drilldowns, tooltips, maps and DAX formulas. Creating training documentation for the Performance Teams to give them the confidence in Power BI.

Working alongside the Business Intelligence Team to develop a Datawarehouse solution for Social Care data from the Mosaic system, using Azure Data Studio. Developing SQL code from the main database tables for Operational Reports, Statutory Returns and KPI’s to be used in Power BI Dashboards, which included working with complex migrated data.

Leading a Team of 5 Reports Developers on the development and testing of SQL ‘Excelerator’ and Web Browser based Reports for a full project lifecycle Data Migration from SAP to Unit 4 Business World. Providing updates in Project meetings and meeting with Business Area Leads to define and document their reporting requirements.

Project Managing the final phases of the Parallel Pay Run for a full project lifecycle Data Migration from SAP to Unit 4 Business World. Creating a Project Plan in MS Project and attending daily stand-up meetings. Creating documentation including Exit Reports for Board approval and Resourcing Plans. Continuing part time from August to November (new role as Reporting Project Manager above).
