While working at the Gordon Library at WPI, I was promoted from student worker to student supervisor to lead student supervisor of over 15 students.Strategized, coordinated and facilitated stress relief programs throughout the semester specially during final's week for all students alongside the head of the department.Served as primary liaison between student workers and full-time staff to finalize student schedule and receive feedback to make improvements.Implemented the first afterhours library student party to ease stress during final exam together with the Head of Access Services and Outreach Department.
