·Sort out crude oil Assays and screen alternative oil types, according to process flowchart of Shenghong Refinery, estimate Gross margin considering logistics, taxes and other factors ·Conduct research on Shenghong Terminal in Lianyungang, deduce inventory changes and supply plan based on parameters such as arrival vessel type, berth quantity etc ·Visit oil port and shipping companies and conducting business negotiations, calculating the transportation costs of each route, analyze the economy of floating storage unit and the number of barge ·Establish counter-party registration system and register majors,Provide training on crude oil trading and operation ·Design operation process, establish templates for contracts, invoices, and other documents, assist trade finance in issuing letter of credit ·Assist Shenghong Refinery in applying for crude oil quotas, negotiate and sign marine cargo insurance open cover with insurance companies, design workflow. ·Negotiate and sign crude oil agency agreement and MOU with china NOC, especially CNOOC for offshore oil procurement ·Negotiate the first Saudi Arabian oil procurement of Shenghong Refining and Chemical, coordinate Shenghong Refinery to arrange crude oil import customs clearance matters

-Responsible for crude oil logistics arrangement for 6 refineries, coordinate refineries/ports/storage companies in making and carrying the crude oil discharge plan/transportation plan, deal with cost/cargo loss/feasibility and other raised issues -Optimize stock deduction to save capital cost, and align activities across supply chain -Oversee vessel activities, liaise with shipping operators/shipping agencies/inspection companies, settle disputes about cargo quantity measurement/discharge operation -Set up demurrage estimation/premium calculation system, analyze demurrage causes, and handle demurrage claims -Rectify a long-standing unnoticed irrational measurement methodology by a third party inspection company -Lead marine cargo insurance, settle multiple long-standing disputes with previous insurance companies, and successfully conduct business with a new insurance company.
