• Coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure timely execution of purchase orders and compliance with delivery commitments • Manage shipment documentation and follow up with clearing agents for Kuwait customs clearance and regulatory approvals • Track material delivery schedules proactively resolving delays and expediting critical project requirements • Negotiate commercial terms including price quality timelines and supplier performance expectations • Collaborate with project management teams for procurement planning material forecasts and review meetings • Inspect received materials for quantity quality and specification compliance before site distribution • Facilitate smooth material flow across departments to support uninterrupted project execution • Review job cost reports identify discrepancies and support corrective actions for cost control
