Prioritize and minimize risks and execute opportunities across the supply chain to support revenue maximization. Work with team to drive procurement KPI – Cost, OTD, OTIF, Lead time. Oversee design of negotiation strategies and lead negotiations to deliver against business objectives and achieve sustainable relationships with vendors. Execution of procurement processes to support inventory optimization through supplier performance management & procurement program. Develop smart procurement and digital transformation framework and with supplier& internal team.

- Lead buyer for Centralize Procurement Team. Manage CM & mechanical team. Support Santa Rosa & Boeblingen team as a centralize procurement team in Penang. - In charge of sourcing and supplier selection including sourcing for vendors, evaluation of quotation and negotiation for competitive price - Conduct price and contract negotiations for local & oversea suppliers. Select and analyzes for best possible pricing, lead-times, MOQ and other terms and conditions to achieve lower TCO.( total cost ownership) - Establishes and maintains positive supplier relationships to ensure material availability to meet customer demands. - Manage concurrent projects transfer. - Manage the optimization of the supply chain regarding material delivery respectively service rendering considering lead times, inventory levels, transport, etc. Closely work with planning team on monitoring forecast trends and demand for products to meet business needs. Manage stock and inventory level efficiently by planning and forecast stock balance - Resolves issues or escalations triggered by team. - expert in develop report with Power BI tool (Data Analytics Tool)
