As Head of Delivery at Nearform, I am responsible for enabling executive stakeholders as their trusted advisor, defining and implementing strategies to transform client’s software engineering teams to achieve agility and responsiveness.  With a solid track record in digital transformation and operational excellence, my tenure at Thoughtworks and earlier at Globant has been marked by driving organizational change and managing large, dynamic teams. At Thoughtworks and at Globant, I spearheaded the delivery of complex programs and nurtured the growth of multiple 300+ strong multinational teams, ensuring seamless global delivery for building digital solutions for our clients. Over the past 30 years, my career has spanned all facets of the Software Engineering & Delivery providing me with: - Well rounded experience in various aspects of building and growing high quality software organizations: viz defining objectives and strategy for business growth, business relationships, delivery, operations and talent development  - Proven expertise in enabling technology organizations in their transformation journey to achieve engineering effectiveness and digital fluency  - Deep experience in technology and engineering practices like Evolutionary Architecture and Platforms, Microservices and API Strategy, Continuous Delivery, Team Topologies etc  - Conceptualizing and building new capabilities such as the the Data & Analytics practice and Software Defined Vehicle practice of ThoughtWorks, the Financial Services / Capital Markets practice at Headstrong etc
