Responsible for Drilling, Workover, Completion, Fracturing, Coil Tubing, and Intensification. WL operations. Including: - Budgeting, AFE, Cost Tracking, Tendering & Contracting; - Leading technical team (office & field) including supervisors; - Providing API (and other international) standards; - Work performance control, communication with local authorities; - Well site building/preparation, picking locations for WO, and Drilling and other operation; - Drilling deep/shallow wells, incl. writing programs, leading DWAP, AAR (Post Motern), check lists, engineering, etc; - Heavy WO, Fishing, wellhead replacement, engineering, etc; - Dual completion, Foam Frac, Heavy WO, Shallow wells (low temp low pressure) drilling; - HSSE control.

Implementing Drilling, Completion, and Workover operation from A to Z (preparation work, making contracts, tender procedure, leading Supervisors work, well lifting) as a Project Manager. Frac Campaign (contract, cleanout programs and work preparation). Financial control and project cost tracking.

I lead the Project Management Integration efforts at one of the largest drilling companies in Ukraine, employing over 300 skilled professionals. My role is centered on enhancing operational efficiency by aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless communication across all project stages. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project management frameworks tailored to the company’s operations. • Workflow Optimization: Create and refine processes, such as the Well Delivery Process, to streamline project execution and clearly define roles and responsibilities for all team members. • Coordination & Integration: Facilitate collaboration between departments, including drilling operations, engineering, and logistics, to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery. • Documentation Management: Design critical documents such as Gantt charts, checklists, and policy manuals to guide operations, improve accountability, and enhance safety standards. • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment in decision-making processes. • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using advanced tools, address delays, and implement corrective measures to maintain efficiency and quality.

- Drilling, Completion - I have been involved in drilling 17 wells, with the deepest one been 6’172m, planned and prepared for drilling more than 30 wells. I prepare AFEs, well designs, drilling time planning, DWOP, Well Proposals, After Action Reviews (PostMortem Analisis), Risk Analyses. Work on process optimization, performance, search for new technologies. Review work programs, provide engineering support. Make presentations and lead meetings. Prepare documentation for tender procedures. Work with contracts, internal documentations regarding local and international regulations. Track costs, daily reports, drilling parameters, logistics. Field trips for rigging up, cementing, casing and completion. Together with G&G department work on field development. - Workover – I have been involved in successful completion of more than 40 workovers. Supporting operations such as RIH and POOH with tubing, packers, perf guns, lifting wells using nitrogen with and w/o coil tubing. I am part of a Fishing Operations Team. Prepare documentation for tender procedures, work with contracts, review work programs, provide engineering and logistic support; - Stimulation (Lifting wells, Coil Tubing, Abrasive Jet Perforation, Fracturing, Acidizing) – I have experience in Abrasive Jet Perforation (5’000m deep), performed technically successful Multistage Fracturing in 3 wells with depths ranging from 3’500 to 5’300m. I am involved in the team preparing wells for stimulation; I review work programs, provide engineering support, work with documentation for tender procedures, make contracts, supervise field operations, provide logistic support.

Provided support and assistance to COO in Drilling, Completion and Workover Engineering.

- I was assisting the team in development of work programs, frac and equipment designs, provided engineering support. I was working on performance process optimization. I developed planning & operations schedules, reports, exercised budget and cost control. Provided logistic support. Performed field supervising.
