Synthesized microcrystalline Ni-Y-Zr alloys using Tri-Arc Furnace and characterized them using SEM, BSE, EDX, WDX, EBSD, conventional SAXS/WAXS and GISAXS/GIWAXS. Obtained exceptional scores in the proposals sent to the esteemed research facilities for techniques like convectional and grazing incidence SAXS/WAXS that helped get beamtime. Quantified elastic and mechanical properties of the samples using pulse-echo method, Vickers hardness, and compression tests.
