I’m passionate about creating a positive experience for both candidates and colleagues, whether that’s through managing high-volume recruitment activity, coordinating interviews, or ensuring smooth onboarding journeys. I handle everything from daily correspondence and data management in Excel to verifying documentation with precision, all while staying adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. My focus is always on delivering efficient, people-centred HR support that contributes to both operational success and employee satisfaction. In addition to my current role, I have experience as the Head of Human Resources at I-Spy Africa Ltd, where I maintained the work structure, ensured legal compliance, and completed human resource operational requirements. I hold a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Sunderland, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same university, and a Bachelor of Technology in Business Administration and Management. I am also certified in Google Ads & Analytics by the Turing Scheme Project - Government of UK.
