• Developed new routes to redesign the Order Allocation (Approve/Reject/Revoke) workflow, integrating OMS (Order Management System) with the Deal Platform for seamless status updates. • Implemented PM2-based monitoring and logging systems by configuring pm2-health and pm2-logrotate, enhancing visibility, uptime tracking, and log lifecycle management for Node.js microservices.

• Collaborated in resolving key product-level bugs (major and minor) reported by internal teams, reinforcing stability and maintainability across multiple backend services.
