* Maintained corporate domain controller Server 2008 , exchange server 2010, windows 7 clients, file and print servers, Administration of Call Manager and Unity Connection, CUPC ( telephony system) as the sole IT helpdesk personnel * Managed domain accounts, user access, email groups, hardware/software auditing, enterprise antivirus system, VPN checkpoint tools, corporate network and IP phone system, etc * Develop/update documentations on workflow to standardize procedures and training manual * Train new team members with self-developed training manuals

* Responsibilities: * Performing network audits to gather information required for technical documentation. * Designing IP, voice and wireless networks and associated implementation plans. * Providing level-3 technical support for clients and internal projects. * Consulting with the customer’s key stakeholders to understand design requirements. * Some of the key technology areas of expertise: * IP Telephony ( Call Manager 7.X, 8.X,9.X,10.X, Cisco Gateways, UCCX, Unity Connection) * Wireless Network ( Aruba and Cisco including 5500 series controller and 3600 series APs) * Server and Network Virtuatlization * Routing and Switching ( MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRF, VLAN, EtherChannel, STP, RSTP)
