An organisation’s Human Resource function plays a critical role in its growth and success of its business strategy; and to me this starts by recruiting the right talent. Being a people-oriented person, I’ve chosen to pursue a career in Talent Acquisition where it is my desire to be part of a team that oversees the recognition and development of talents. Throughout my career, I’ve grown to believe that collaborative work brings positive business impact. I find joy in speaking to people and building meaningful relationships. I enjoy new challenges from time to time and strive to solve problems that deliver a sustained outcome for my stakeholders. To me, it is also about presenting my authentic self at work so that I can gain the trust of my stakeholders and serve them in the best way possible. A go-getter, meticulous and self-driven individual who is passionate about the “people-business”, I have close to three years of Campus recruitment experience largely in the Consulting, Deals and Risk Advisory (Technology) space. I am keen to explore opportunities where I can learn, grow and develop my HR skills with a well-rounded team in the Tech and/or Consulting industry.
