Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment between technical requirements and project deliverables. • Receive and review client technical specifications, single line diagrams, and customer requirements. • Lead the Technical Office team to: ▪ Select suitable LV Switchgear solutions from ABB, Schneider, Legrand, L&T, Mitsubishi, and LS products. ▪ Prepare competitive technical and commercial offers during tendering stage. ▪ Collaborate with Sales team to provide full technical support and clarifications. • Review, approve, and prepare: ▪ Electrical studies (Short Circuit & Selectivity). ▪ Shop drawings (Power & Control Diagrams, Panel Layouts, BOM). ▪ Final BOMs with ordering codes for ongoing projects. ▪ Follow up with Production department during manufacturing to ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards. • Establish procedures for document control, workflow tracking, and reporting to enhance efficiency. • Held full responsibility for interviewing and approving all new hires across Sales, Technical Office, and Production teams, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.

Review technical specifications, single-line diagrams, and customer requirements. Match project needs with suitable products from leading brands such as ABB, Schneider, Legrand, L&T, and Mitsubishi to achieve full compliance with technical specifications. Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the tendering phase. Perform electrical studies including selectivity analysis and short-circuit calculations. Prepare detailed shop drawings including power and control line diagrams, panel layout, material lists, and all required panel details in compliance with project requirements and international standards. Issue final manufacturing shop drawings after customer approval. Extract Bills of Materials (BOM) for ongoing projects with accurate ordering codes. Coordinate with the production department throughout the manufacturing process to ensure technical accuracy. Submit As-Built drawings after panel testing and final delivery to the customer.

-Reading the technical Specification, Single line Diagram, and Customer requirements. -Match these needs with (ABB, Schneider, LEGRAND, L&T and Mitsubishi) Products to achieve the technical specification to the fullest. -Making a suitable Technical and Commercial Offer. -Collaborate with the Sales team to understand Customer Requirements and Provide Sales Support during Tendering. -Prepare required Electrical Studies including Selectivity Study, Short circuit Study. -Preparing Shop Drawings Contains Power Line Diagram, Control Line Diagram, Panel Layout, Martial list and all details for the panels comply with Requirement and Standards. -Preparing Manufacturing Shop Drawing after Customer Approval. -Extract final BOM related to the running projects with its ordering Codes. -Follow up and cooperate with the Production Department during the Manufacturing Process. -Delivering the As‐built Drawings to The customer after testing the Panels.

Low Voltage Switchgear Design Engineer at Smart Industries ABB Panel Builder - Design Low Voltage Switchgear (MDBS, SMDBs, DPS, MCC, Power Factor Correction Panels ).
