During my current deployment to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, I have served as a consistent and active volunteer. I helped plan events and I volunteered at the Installation's Respite center for the Soldiers. I also change to be a Red Cross case worker. Reserve Officer Training Corps; Military, Education, Community advisor Build relationships with students by facilitating communication regarding educational goals and needs. Advise students on educational and financial options that best meet future plans and current needs. Lead and mentor new and struggling advisors, coaching to the next level, and developing strategic performance maintenance plans transforming weak performers into strong assets for the company, resulting in higher productivity, increased enrollments, and improved retention

As an active member of the California Army National Guard, I serve my community, state and Nation as a Military Police (MP) officer. I support operations through circulation control, providing area security, supervising civilian internee operations, and carrying out law and order operations during operation Enduring Freedom Guantanamo Bay in Cuba. I also support the peacetime Army community protecting critical resources, implementing crime prevention programs, and preserving law and order. Receives, inspects, inventories, loads, unloads, segregates, stores, issues, delivers and turn-in supplies and equipment, Schedules and performs preventive and organizational maintenance on weapons, vehicles and communication equipment Guantanamo Bay, Cuba
