My team and I are teaching rural Malawian girls to stand up for themselves, to work responsibly and to trade profitably so that they become self-reliant and break the cycle of disparity. We help them apply business principles to their own situations. Through our mentoring network we try to help them cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a network that criss-crosses the Southern Region and we are growing all the time.
