As the CEO and Founder of Prop By Patel Group and Mmahant Management Company, I specialize in commercial and hospitality real estate, helping clients buy, sell, and invest in hotels, motels, retail centers, and mixed-use properties across the country and beyond. My hands-on experience owning and operating multiple hotels, motels, liquor stores, and convenience stores has given me a unique perspective on evaluating both real estate and the businesses behind them. Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, with conversational skills in Punjabi, I’m able to connect with a diverse range of clients and investors.
