The Hong Kong Young Scientists Association (HKYSA) is a non-profit organization established by young people in the scientific and technological circles in Hong Kong. 受邀担任数传集团海外业务的核心掌舵人，负责从零到一开拓全球市场。依托自身深厚的技术背景，将集团的 出版行业AI-Booksgpt转化为切中海外市场痛点的商业策略，全面负责海外团队搭建、跨国商务谈判及技术外销落地，成功为集团打开国际市场增长曲线。 核心职责与成就： 海外战略规划与技术出海： 主导苏传集团海外市场的全盘战略，成功将硬核技术产品进行本地化商业包装，在海外市场打响品牌，精准触达 ⁠香港/加拿大/UAE核心企业级客户。 商务开拓与大客户攻关（BD）： 亲自带队并主导与海外大客户、巨头企业的商务谈判与技术对接，成功签下 ⁠香港头部前三家标杆合作专案，负责从前期技术选型沟通到后期商务交付的全生命周期。 跨国团队领导与资源整合： 作为海外部门 Leader，从零搭建并管理跨国/跨职能团队（包含销售、解决方案架构师及运营），优化跨国协作流程，确保海外专案高效推进与高标准交付。 技术与业务的桥梁： 完美扮演桥梁角色，将海外前线出版客户对 AI的实际商业需求，反向输出给国内研发总部，推动产品架构的国际化迭代。

-Full-Stack Development& System design: Spearheaded end-to-end full-stack development for 4 INNOHK projects sponsored by HK gov using reinforcement learning—from architecture design and hand-coded development through rigorous testing and deployment. Leveraging Python, ReactJS and Docker. -Directed the creation of an innovative online robotic design platform, integrating advanced frontend technologies, ROS, and robotics; showcased at premier exhibitions in HK, Dubai, and the US. Leveraging NodeJS. -Owner of Bitbucket repository, overseeing and managing project development activities, including dynamic digital solutions encompassing websites, system portals, docker components, microservices, and web applications built with technologies like HTML5/CSS3, Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Go, PHP, and various APIs. -Cloud Architecture & Governance: Planned and executed digital project architectures while maintaining AWS EC2, Azure, GCP, and Alicloud environments for diverse in-house and client projects. -Data Governance & Compliance:Devised and implemented a comprehensive data governance policy across local, APAC, and Germany office, ensuring cybersecurity and compliance with GDPR, PIPL, and other standards, while directly liaising with clients. -Cross-Regional Collaboration & Pre-Sales:Collaborated closely with project managers and account servicing teams to understand client requirements, participated in roadmap meetings, and engaged in pre-sales pitching and workshops for HK, APAC, and Germany sister companies.
