- Worked on seven FELDA projects of developing oil palm estates and three Sime Darby projects of building roads to facilitate transportation during various stages of development of oil palm fruit plus building a 2,850sqt Surau in Layang-layang, Kluang. ~ FELDA LAYANG-LAYANG, KLUANG - Collaborated with FELDA and MAFI officers to determine the specifications of the project and negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. - Determined needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations as well as obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities. - Planned all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. ~ SIME DARBY PLANTATION, KLUANG - Bought materials for each phase of the project while monitoring build costs and project progress. - Conducted quality and safety inspections as well as day-to-day problem-solving and dealing with any issues that arise.

- Assisted the project managers to complete the construction of eight heavy machines parking bay in ten months by supervising foreign workers and preparing site reports for them. Liaised with a variety of professionals, such as surveyors, engineers, and architects to set meetings with sub-contractors in the Pengerang RAPID Project as well as taking minutes. ~ PETRONAS RAPID PROJECT - Managed the construction site to ensure a project completes safely and on time. Monitor and direct foreign workers from site preparation to foundation laying to the final touches. - Report the progress to RAPID Project Inspectors and board members via phone calls, written reports, and presentations. - Checked and prepared site reports and made safety inspections and ensured site procedures that uphold construction and site regulations.
