Working with DMAIC & Lean methodologies and techniques to drive and imbed sustainable process improvement into AXA Isle of Man Limited where improvements resulted in the region of a £200,000 reduction in operating costs.

Working mainly with the DMAIC methodology and techniques to drive and imbed sustainable process improvement into British Gas Business (Centrica UK). Completed projects and use of tools have seen improvements within a number of areas in the business that include customer services and their back office activities, cash collection and invoice processing which overall have seen in the region of £7m in operational cost savings.

Supervised a busy billing team and provided management support to senior staff. Part of the role included project managing the customer database migration from Electricity Directs (UK) customer base to British Gas Business including forecasting and maintaining workloads.
