Drove a shift toward higher-margin product lines, increasing CGM revenue mix from 18% to 49% and delivering 180% CGM revenue growth. Built and led a high-performing executive team and a hybrid B2B/B2C model delivering strong recurring revenue and an average NPS of 72. Mini Pharmacy Enterprises was majority owned by Angeles Equity Partners (2019–2022) and acquired by Henry Schein, Inc. in September 2022.

Led operations and due diligence for the successful sale of the company’s long-term care pharmacy to CVS (2017). Directed day-to-day operations for a 250-employee organization serving 150+ nursing facility clients and processing approximately 125,000 prescriptions per month. Built a highly scalable operating platform and leveraged infrastructure and system improvements to drive 60% revenue growth. Executed strategic initiatives across new business implementations, operational optimization, and enterprise system upgrades, materially improving efficiency and service delivery. Standardized enterprise-wide policies, procedures, and KPIs, strengthening financial performance, improving employee engagement, and creating sustained business momentum that positioned the company for long-term, scalable growth.

Served as a regional operations and human resources leader, reporting to the Regional Director and overseeing HR, payroll, accounts payable, project management, and data analysis. Led all human resources functions across the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, training and development, and workforce planning.
