Shannon Daub
Interim Executive Director @ West Coast LEAF (Legal Education and Action Fund)
About
With over two decades of leadership experience, I currently serve as Interim Executive Director at West Coast LEAF, a prominent gender justice organization. I am focused on guiding the organization through a significant period of transition by collaborating with the board and staff to strengthen organizational foundations, enhance financial sustainability, and improve operational efficiency. Previously, as Director of the BC Office at the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives, I led a team of fourteen and oversaw strategic planning, research, public engagement, policy analysis, financial management, and fundraising. I have been involved with many organizations as a volunteer, serving on the boards of numerous non-profits, my local credit union and the Vancouver Public Library. My work is anchored in a commitment to collaboration, relationship-building, and advancing social and economic justice.
