Shane Malone

Shane brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in solving complex operational challenges for clients. He is both an experienced industry leader and consulting practitioner, having served in various O&G leadership and C-Level advisory positions around the world. During a decade long career at Schlumberger he grew through various technical roles within the groups formation-evaluation division to lead and support various go-to-market, growth, restructuring and business improvement programs. Throughout his advisory career Shane has worked with some of the worlds most influential business and country leaders, touching on a broad spectrum of topics including LT scenario planning, go-to-market, due diligence and corporate strategy definition, along with multiple hands-on performance improvement, turnaround and restructuring cases.
