Through certified Life Coaches, we provide consistent, one-on-one support for middle and high school students in the safe haven of their school — walking alongside them as they navigate trauma, reclaim their identify, and move from surviving to thriving.

At Cognizant, I currently serve as a consultant for global clients in the Communications, Media, and Technology space. In this role, I lead a team that conducts best-practice benchmarking and digital operational assessments along with shaping new capabilities within the Digital Infrastructure space.

My team and I deliver global software development programs, driving and supporting client projects across North and South America, Asia and Europe. I focus on bringing innovation and thought leadership to the customer experience operations organizations, specifically supporting Field Services and Care.

I spent 14 years in Accenture’s Communications and High Tech practice, with a specialized focus within the Network Practice. I focused on strategic and technical consulting services to national and global companies in the telecommunications, high-tech and retail industries.
