Shahrooz Nasrollahi-Shirazi

During my Ph.D. at the Medical University of Vienna, I focused on Molecular Signal Transduction, delving into the intricate mechanisms of cellular communication and signaling pathways. My research expertise encompassed working with mammalian cells, gene expression regulation, and biochemistry techniques. I conducted extensive investigations into specific genes and proteins, unraveling their roles in signal transduction pathways. Additionally, I collaborated on industry projects, contributing to drug screening efforts. Moreover, I had the opportunity to work alongside experts in protein purification, X-ray crystallography, and cryo-electron microscopy at LeadXpro in Switzerland During my Ph.D., deepening my expertise in structural biology.
