*  Handling the entire business of Swimming pools, Water features, Sports & Floor Coatings. *  To provide vision and strategy in Design, Construction, Trading and Maintenance related activities in the UAE and expansion abroad. *  Leading and guiding the Sales and Marketing, Operations, Design, Maintenance Trading, Special Projects, Estimation and Contracts management teams. *  Managing the Transport, Workshop, Stores and Purchase. *  Increasing in turnover. *  Revamping and expanding the client base to become one of the market leaders. *  Leading, training, mentoring the team. *  Enhancing productivity and efficiency to improve competition. *  Achieving success in Sales and Marketing for winning contracts. *  Branding and co-branding with the major suppliers in the world. *  Redesigning the brochure and company profile. *  Pouring of new ideas, feedback and suggestions to the owners.

* Developing and growing the business across the Region * Closely working with the service and spare parts team to develop the incremental business * Responsible for building distribution within existing accounts and new accounts * Responsible to meet the customers and explain them about the new and existing products with the additional features if any * Engage in the tasks including project management, coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, leadership and innovative development of opportunities

* Selection of Parts according to project description and customer requirement * Preparation and release of proposals and tenders. * Inter-company correspondence (for Gulf Region * Bahrain, Oman & Qatar) * Coordination between various departments (i.e. Sales, Service, Warehouse, Workshop and Finance Department.) * Order processing, coordination with customers and origin office for shipment of parts. * Dealing with the Trane distributors & other customers.

* Coordinating with the Team Leader & Service Engineer on day-to-day job and have been able to achieve smooth operation. * Resolving of Warranty Complaints. * Maintaining Warranty Complaint register. * Maintaining Average Response Time. * Making N.A.O. Claims to the factory on Unit Parts. * Coordinating with parts div. For required parts issued on Warranty. * Maintaining all the register & files as per ISO 9002 Procedure.
