Develop purchasing strategy for Raw Materials in Argentina: Grains & Oils + Sugar & Sweeteners + Nuts. Deal with renown local and international suppliers (Barry Callebaut, Cargill). Align sourcing strategy with global team of CPRM (Commodity Price & Risk Management). Member of global Grains & Oils Procurement team.

Focal point of Procurement in Gums&Candies (Beldent, Halls) / Chocolate (Milka, Cadbury) Categories for Southern Cone. Purchase 60 MM USD annually in Raw Material. Member of Regional Procurement team with goals to improve DIOH and DPO. Member of COE (Center Of Expertise) in Procurement LA.

Purchase 20 MM USD annually in Raw Material: Solvents + Pigments + Additives. Develop sourcing strategy. Lead negotiations and frequent contact with local and international suppliers. Reported directly to Procurement/R&D Director (Located in Argentina) and in a dotted line to Regional Procurement Director (Located in Brazil). Member of HSE Committee in Argentina (Health, Safety & Environment).
