- Oversee lifeguard operations and aquatic services across 15 condominium pools in the Greater Toronto Area. - Recruit, hire, train, and manage a large team of certified lifeguards, ensuring compliance with Public Health and safety regulations. - Develop and maintain weekly staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage, shift flexibility, and minimal downtime across all sites. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor lifeguard performance, pool conditions, and adherence to operational standards. - Coordinate and lead staff meetings, performance reviews, and emergency response drills. - Serve as the primary point of contact for client property managers, addressing concerns, coordinating pool opening/closing procedures, and resolving on-site issues promptly. - Maintain accurate records of lifeguard certifications, incident reports, maintenance needs, and operational audits. - Collaborate with company leadership to improve service delivery, optimize scheduling logistics, and implement safety initiatives.

Assisting Aquatic Instructors

In progress of creating a database which stores project information efficiently. Required to use full stack development. Created a web app using react.js, stored required data from excel using MySQL and Xampp servers. Connected the servers using npm packages and node js servers

During my experience at the High school Apple Co-Op Program, I was required to develop and build an app for the App Store. I was required to use FireBase for the backend, and Xcode to develop the frontend. During the end of the program, I was required to present my application to professionals in the field.

Swim instructor at Russells Aquatics. I was required to teach young children essential live saving skills and monitor the safety of them.
