Transferred to manage business application implementation and software development processes for the newly established company. The vision of success was to create an automated and transparent KPI system enabling an end-to-end financial and operational control of a 4 + billion USD Project. The strategy was achieved in three phases and reported to the CTO and General Manager with a team of 10 specialists and 3 team leaders leading an investment and operational budget of 10 M USD. The initial phase of the strategy was to analyze business requirements pointing out application layers to implement enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, toll collection, legal tracking system, document management system, business intelligence, and data integration combining different layers. In the second phase of the strategy, detailed the technical specifications to determine the required system infrastructure by improving the collaboration of functional managers while enhancing a complete, reliable, and sustainable systems infrastructure for 5 + million USD initial investment budget;  Assessed all possible vendors and their solutions in the market as well as considered CAPEX and OPEX requirements to find the best alternative solutions.  Created a master project management plan to successfully manage four concurrent projects to complete within planned budgets, on the determined project completion date, and satisfying quality assurance.  Lead the procurement and contracting phase to result in an efficient software licensing agreement, as well as used experienced consultancy support for convenient SLA durations required for business continuity. In the final phase of the strategy implemented the following projects and programs;  SAP 4 HANA Implementaiton  ODOO CRM Implementation  Toll Collection System  Legal Tracking System  Document Management System  Business Intelligence

Designed and lead business application projects by building custom data integration between customers’ core applications to deliver automated Systems for business efficiency.  Built and implemented a web-based Intranet platform to enhance internal communication of the company by integrating an active directory, SAP portal, and document management system on a single platform. Promoted to manage end-to-end SAP implementation of the company to deliver business efficiency by creating an automated KPI system in three phases.  The initial phase of the strategy was to perform business analysis for the supply processes • A detailed business analysis executed and technical specifications defined to accurately determine enterprise resource planning requirements within the collaboration of Deloitte consultancy. The managed procurement process of SAP licenses and consultancy.  The second phase was to deliver the SAP Implementation • Managed SAP Project Management regarding the standard of ASAP such as Project preparation, business blueprint, realization, final preparation, and gol live for 9 SAP modules.  The final phase was financial consolidation and BI • To deliver business efficiency a consolidated cost and revenue reporting system built on BPC and Business Object on SAP.

Reqruited as an Information Technology Executive to build and maintain the system, network, and business application infrastructure supporting business continuity.  5 physical servers migrated to a brand new virtual environment built on Vmware. Network and Security infrastructure was replaced with Juniper network equipment and firewall. Backup strategies designed and implemented by VeemOne on Fujitsu backup storage systems. A disaster scenario was designed andasynchronousonus data mirroring process was created on a disaster recovery site.  In order to maintain data integrity and data security of technical construction projects, drawings, and paper works of distributed construction sites of the company a document system was established fulfilling auto replication between the sites and head office.
