* As Account Assistant my daily missions are * To raise the supplier commission invoices * To bill clients (bill back services) * To manage the payment of clients, * Bank reconciliations for commissions invoice paid * To chase supplier commission approvals and client invoice approvals * Interacting with clients and suppliers and providing data and analysis for accounts staff * Reconciling supplier statements

* To maintain Financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts, * To reconcile general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information, * To provide financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects, * To correct errors by posting adjusting journal entries, * To secure financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential, * To maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state and local financial legal requirements, * To update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

* As Fund accountant my daily missions are * Calculate Net Asset Values and produce reports * Ensure second level controls of produced NAV * Investigate on discrepancies * Propose procedure and controls enhancements * Be the operational contact within Fund Administration for clients
