My debut in the eld of Community Management began with Marketing Automation Systems INC. This team played a crucial role in fostering both my professional and personal growth, enabling me to achieve new progress in this domain. Within the company, I laid the foundation for managing both a company and its community. I acquired and developed a wide range of skills and competencies, including multitasking, distributive attention, teamwork, collaboration with new departments, cumulative work strategies, and perseverance. My determination and desire for growth ultimately earned me the role of Community Manager. This position was achieved through dedication and excellence, progressing from a standard "Operator" role with limited responsibilities to a managerial role. This advancement was the result of my hard work, perseverance, and commitment to excellence. "My rst debut in the eld of Management focused primarily on developing hype automation. I successfully created several methods for automating hype generation, team prole automation, development team processes, and client service automation. These advancements allowed for streamlined operations and enhanced eciency in delivering results.

My collaboration with Webness took place in 2022, marking one of the rst opportunities early in my career. This partnership arose naturally, as Webness sought determined young professionals committed to progress and growth in the eld. I managed to secure a long-term collaboration with Webness due to our shared values and visions. WORK EXPERIENCE Webness achieved remarkable performance, which aligned closely with my principles. Together, we developed several hype and community organization concepts using various bots, which I personally created and congured. During this time, I introduced innovative strategies for building a native, organic, and steadily growing community, free from fake accounts or purchased boosts. I focused on community development through interactive and emotionally impactful posts and announcements. I managed multiple departments, including Text and Reading, Media Content, Software Development, and Hype and Content Hype. My primary responsibility was the community built around Webness, along with organizing and developing the teams mentioned above. This allowed us to achieve a dynamic and authentic presence within the Webness ecosystem.

My collaboration and opportunity to work with PulsarChain grew signicantly due to the recommendations I received right from the start of my journey as a Community Manager, a debut that began with another company. At PulsarChain, I took on the role of Community Manager, where I was assigned various tasks. I managed the entire PulsarChain community across social media platforms. Decisions such as posts, announcements, or news updates were all handled by me. I was also responsible for revenue collection and payment processing for my department's team members. This included organizing and monitoring their work periods, tracking time dedicated to tasks, and ensuring motivation and mobilization for achieving new results—all while driving progress. I oversaw content delivery and budget approvals and was also accountable for training new employees and setting individual work targets for team members within my department. My role encompassed all these responsibilities, ensuring consistent growth and success for both the team and the company

My debut in the IT world began with MIOSTREET FUN. Here, I developed my own internal architecture for the foundational code used in website development, which signicantly enhanced my abilities to read, modify, develop, and build code. My activity here spanned several months, starting with the basics of web development and culminating in the sale of my rst custom model within the very rst month. The development process progressed rapidly, as I quickly adapted the code and website to meet clients' conditions and requirements. Working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with a strong desire to do more, I often extended my workday by 3 or 4 additional hours purely out of my passion for coding and development.

The opportunity to work with Tradesilvania was one I could not overlook. I enthusiastically accepted their job oer and worked closely with the company’s directors. My responsibilities included coordinating the team’s hype eorts and managing content postings for the Tradesilvania platform. I played an active role in maintaining social media groups, overseeing posting bots, and implementing my personal hype strategy. My approach focused on organic community growth, fostering authentic interactions, and ensuring sustainable development. Through my eorts, I delivered a consistent stream of relevant content and the necessary impact to support Tradesilvania’s community growth

My debut in the world of startup projects and crypto startups began at IXFI. I joined IXFI through a recommendation that opened the door to a collaboration with the company and its team. My initial position at IXFI was as a Hype Operator, marking my rst role within the company. However, in less than 30 days, I was promoted to Hype Specialist. Following several internal training programs, I eventually led and organized my own hype team. This team consisted of 9 employees for whom I was responsible for training, data processing, content generation, and the internal development of hype proles. I successfully developed a unique and proprietary method for generating hype using in-house resources. I also managed the team’s budget, set work targets, and handled individual payments for each team member.
