Clearvoyance Consulting was founded in 2009 as a niche due diligence and risk mitigation advisory firm clarifying the obscure and vetting the un-expectable. We are engaged to augment and improve our clients existing business processes, infrastructure and expand their markets. My partners and I do contract work globally for law firms, real estate developers, private equity funds and a variety of emerging companies. We have a niche focus on large real estate developments and the use of economic incentives.

1908 Capital is in the business of facilitating economic development with particular interest in the use of private equity and debt investments that leverage local, state and federal incentives. We manage private equity and debt funds that make direct investments.

1776 Wealth LLC is our conduit to enhance the wealth and further the ambitions of our investment advisory clientele. We are a Registered Advisory Firm with the SEC, headquartered in Sandy Springs, GA with clients across the US. Sean O'Toole and Deanna Suarez founded the firm in 2017 to leverage their talents and expertise through a business devoted to serving our "High Net Work" clients. We named our company 1776 Wealth in respect to the first publishing of Adam Smith’s collected works The Wealth of Nations, which was published in 1776 and whose theory and adoption has been the foundation of wealth creation for both individuals, companies and even nations. The extended team behind 1776 Wealth LLC serve the complex and unique financial needs of Entrepreneurs, Executives and their Families in all stages of life. We provide a full suite of integrated and tailored wealth management and financial services to a limited number of clientele.

Financial Advisor; started as a trainee focused on business development and completing the Professional Development Program. Primarily worked with individuals on their investment management and comprehensive financial planning. Earned my CFP in 2002. Later added corporate banking through ML Business Financial Services and the IBK. Worked with corporations for a variety of financial needs including; short term investment management, credit facilities, recapitalization, employee benefit programs management, interest rate derivatives and currency hedging. Determined that UBS was better suited to my skills and clientele, moved on in 2007.

Bragg, NC * I served my country with the Airborne Infantry among the finest Americans I have ever met. * Was both a platoon leader and an operations officer responsible for the planning of operations to deploy, combat our enemy and return our soldiers back to their families. There I learned and retain two life long lessons; * 1. Failure is not an option. * 2. Hope is not a strategy. * These lessons are integral to the approach in all my endeavors.
