Strategic Planning: Participate representative office’s business and operation strategy, leading yearly supply business stragety and cost budget, submit and fulfill the system optimizaiton request to IT Dept. based on local business to improve the supply efficience. Project Mgmt.: Participate the mass Sales project operation and delivery management, project bidding, commerce measurement and calculation, contract items negotiation and control the supply costs, and collect Friend corporations’ competetion information to adjust the business on time. Client Maintenance: Maintain the clients relationship of Construction Dept. and Purchase Dept. of the TOP 3 Telecommunication Operator, visit them timely to collect their request and voice, and analyze with response. Purchase Mgmt.: Manage purchasing plan, supplier negotiation, process approval and fulfillment, complete the purchasing task with high efficient, participate the triple yearly Supplier’s Quality system review, set up supplier resource library, control the cost to be sure the capital effectiveness. Inventory Mgmt.: Manage to collect and scroll refresh the sales forecast, review and analyze the inventory data timely, follow the inventory dynamically to be sure the ITO and Inventory Cost Rate reach the yearly target. Logistics Mgmt.: Programm and set up logistics solution, design transportation route and warehouse location selection, manage and maintain the warehouse and transportaion resource, lead the bidding, contract, SOP and coordination, control the cost effectively, and be sure the delivery on time. Team Mgmt.: Manage the whole team business, instruct the business development, training and appraise the team memembers’ performance to achieve the team target and KPI sucessfully. Achieved the Golden Medal of Beijing Corporation in 2015.

Strategic Planning: Set up Supply Chain and Project strategy of South-east region, draw up yearly cost budget, break down the group target and fulfill the strategy. System construction: construct the regional supply chain process system based on the group mechanism, standardize the SOP, localize the business process of the subsidary corporation. Normal Supply Chain Mgmt.: E2E Supply Chain mgmt., monitor the fulfillment status of the business planing, manage the business of order, customs clearance, local purchaing, warehousing and local distribution, etc. Supply Chain PMO: Be responsible for pre-sales projects bidding, commerce budget, supply solution and process design, and provide technical support for after-sales projects. Customs Compliance Mgmt.: Set up the communication mechanism with local Customs Office and Commerce Dept., comply with local trade and tax policy, instruct the HS Code clarification of the import product. LSP mgmt.: In charge of Logistics Service Provider bidding and qualification, manage the daily business with LSP, review the service quality and trouble-shooting. Support Myanmar Supply Chain Team to found local business team and workflow in 2 months, select and program the region warehouse, choose and train the LSP. Work Performance: Support the supply chain process optimization and delivery of the Philippine Globe Nemesis project in 5 months(0.6 billion USD frame contract), daily outbound 900 bills/day of total 7 warehouses in peak season. As the Logistics E2E fulfillment Team PM, participate to set up the solution and fulfillment the project, program the warehouse layout, control tower construction, HTM/CES system online. From 2011 to 2012, the inventory amount reduced from 200 million USD to 9 million USD, ITO reduced from 181 days to 85 days. Achieved the Global Logistics Elite Award in 2012.

Process System Construction: Responsible for International Logistics process construction of Terminal Company, optimize and fulfill the SOP. Transportation Cost Control: Draw up the yearly cost budget, minimize the cost based on transportation solution optimization, reduced the trans. Cost. Daily Logistics Mgmt.: manage daily logistics business, and in charge of trans. Insurance arrangement, coordinate the customs clerance with the overseas logistics team. LSP Mgmt.: coordinate CEG to qualify LSP, participate the yearly bidding, manage LSP daily business, and take part in quality review and trouble-shooting. Mass contract mgmt.: Set up logistics solution for company level project, analyze to output fulfillment solution and provide technical support. DG goods transportation Mgmt.: Carding the Safety Transportation process and SOP, maintain the MSDS libary, set up communication mechanism with shipping line, airline and LSP. External Relationship Mgmt.: set up and maintain the relationship with Customs Office and Inspection Dept., communicate and coordinate the external business. Team Mgmt.: instruct team menmber on daily business, organize the training to improve the team capabilty timely, assist menmber to achieve the postion request and the perfomance target. Work Performance: Participate the Global Transportation Planing project Phase 1 to optimize the international transportation date, the average transportation date reduced from 28days to 20 days for Aisa area. Coordinate with other parties to set up reasonable logistics solution for Brazil TIM datacard project(63 million USD) under the limited transporation resource and customer’s urgent request, completed the order plan on time and achieved the President's Award in Terminal Company. Completed the delivery sucessfully for the Americanl Leap CDMA handset project(49 billion USD), achieved the Quarterly Contributing Team Award in Terminal Company. Achieved the Excellent Tutor Award in 2008.

Duty of Work: Business Development: Through customer reception, online&underline, exhibition to develop business, and set up business solution based on customer request. Order Mgmt.: In charge of order receiving and mgmt., communicate with production Dept. to fulfill the order on time. Shipping and Tracking: manage the shipping job, instruct shipping clerk the booking, customer clearance, inspection and PSI, and track the shipment dynamicall. Claim settlement: Settle the customer claim on time, recall the reason to find the solution to improve the service quality and customer satisfication. Document Mgmt.: Draw up the L/C, P/L, Invoice, C/O, etc on time, and be sure the document’s accuracy. Work Performance: Client Development: Service and Devoloped customer include but not limited on Ware-mart(Argentina&Mexico), ACE(international chain), Canarm(Canada),BALS(Japan) and Beacom(Australia). Business Data: 10 million USD yearly. Achievement: Be familiar with E2E foreign trade process, coordinate with clients all over the 5 continent, know well the trade mode and surrandings of different countries.
