I am currently working on a Freelance basis as the Director of my own business ASA Construction Consultants LTD. We offer a comprehensive Quantity Surveying Service in all forms of construction. I have mainly worked on a main contractor basis primarily using the NEC, ICE and JCT forms of contract. I have extensive knowledge of frameworks on a national basis with varying values. I have been involved in all forms of the construction process starting from tender document analysis right through to final account settlement. I am also currently in the final stages of becoming MRICS with final assessment due in May 2020 Specialties Commercial Mangement of Construction Projects, Claims including Disruption, Loss & Expense, Sub Contract Management & Procuement. I have also had experience of European Procuement.
