Scott Walker, CPA

Scott is Chief Financial Officer of Vatica Health, a Frazier Healthcare Partners portfolio company. Scott joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in October 2025 as a Senior Advisor with a proven track record in mobilizing leaders to deliver on strategic growth and financial transformation in complex, regulated environments. Scott also serves as an Advisor to the Board at Lirio, a behavioral science health care technology organization

Responsible for financial management, including actuarial, underwriting, risk adjustment, risk and capital management, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting and cost management.

As the Chief Financial Officer for Clarity Software Solutions, I lead the Finance, Human Resources and Legal Teams. Clarity Software Solutions improves the engagement and health outcomes of the members served through continuous, strategically timed outreach. Previously, as the Senior Vice President and CFO of Aetna, a CVS Health company, I led the finance team, supporting the company’s purpose of helping people on their path to better health. Prior to Aetna, I served as the CFO of Fallon Health, a nationally recognized not-for-profit health maintenance organization based in Worcester, MA. I also served in leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group and Aetna as the CFO for National Accounts. I began my career as a certified public accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, after earning a B.A. in Accounting from Saint Michael’s College. I am a member of both The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Former Advisor to Altimetrik, founded in 2012, to help make industries, leaders and Fortune 500 companies more agile, empowered and successful.

Lead the Aetna business unit’s finance team. Focused on actuarial valuation, service pricing, medical economics, planning and forecasting, business performance, and finance/underwriting/actuarial talent development programs, among other functional responsibilities.

Focused on the development of annual strategic business plans, operating plans, and supporting/conducting business reviews monthly to ensure business performance is in line with expectations.

Focused on provider contracting/reimbursement and relations, underwriting, pricing and actuarial services, medical economics, accounting/finance and treasury, strategic cost analysis, risk adjustment and analysis, financial planning and analysis, corporate development and internal audit/enterprise risk management. Worked closely with the Board of Directors, Audit and Compliance Committee, Finance Committee, and external Audit firm.

Reported directly to the CEO and served as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Worked closely with the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Investment Bankers, and Independent Audit Firm and Investors.

Reported directly to the Business Operations CFO. Worked as part of the Finance and National Accounts Leadership Team, as well as the Finance and Business Alliances Leadership team.
