My passion for data science and process improvement stems from my education background in industrial engineering. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS in Industrial Engineering, where I learned statistical analysis, manufacturing process improvement, and programming skills. I also obtained a Six Sigma certification and applied it in my previous role as a Senior Business Analyst at Citi, where I was the Process Improvement and Automation Lead for two key initiatives: Citi Resolution Planning and TPM Reporting Automation.
