I lead the Digital Technology function and oversee how the bank designs and delivers its modern technology capabilities. My role covers engineering leadership, solution delivery, architecture direction and working closely with business leaders to turn strategy into real outcomes. I guide multiple teams across development, platform, architecture and integration. I focus on simplifying the way we work, raising technical standards and building an environment where talented engineers can solve problems with clarity and purpose. I work with executives and cross functional teams to shape digital and AI initiatives for the bank. This includes planning the technology roadmap, strengthening internal capabilities, improving cost efficiency and ensuring our solutions support long term growth. My day to day work ranges from high level strategy to hands on involvement in design, architecture decisions and prototype work. I drive a mission based model that helps teams move faster, stay aligned and deliver business value with measurable impact. I also take an active role in workforce development by setting clear direction for capability building and helping the organization shift toward a future ready digital operating model.
