I have involved with several landmark projects and practiced post contract Quantity Surveying skills. I managed all commercial aspects of the project and carried out QS key tasks but are not limited to, • Prepare monthly cost value reconciliation, and cost to complete reports and analysing, reporting and advising the management on the profitability of the project.  Maintaining “cost-to-date”, “allowable/value to-date” and “cost to complete” details for the direct and Subcontract Works, in order to produce accurate monthly cost report.  Exercise cost monitoring, simple profit/loss account, forecast the final profit of the job.  Prepare cash flow forecast to the projects at the initial stage, monitoring, analysing and advising the management about the project’s financial position and appropriate management actions. • Preparation of statement at completion and final payment application. • Secure the entitlements of Variation cost proposals by negotiating/agreeing with the Cost Consultant/Client. • Advice the Engineer to select a suitable Nominated Subcontractor. • Identify the potential claims, preparation of claims and secure the entitlements and rights. • Procurement and administration of Subcontract Works packages.  Administration of Subcontract awards, preparation, and compilation of subcontract documents.  Cost control and monitor Subcontractor variations, payment-applications and back charges.  Checking and recommending monthly valuations.  Finalization of Variations, and Prime Costs adjustments.  Organise various commercial meetings and, variation review meetings.  Negotiation with Subcontractors.  Reconcile Subcontractors' account and Final Account closeout. • Draft correspondences to the Engineer and Employer related to the Commercial/Contractual matters.
