Sarkis Dagher

Sarkis Dagher is Executive Vice President of INDEVCO Plastics Division with a remarkable career spanning over three decades in the plastics industry. With a proven track record of leadership and achievement, Sarkis oversees the operations of seven manufacturing plants situated in Lebanon, Egypt, India. In addition to these production facilities, he manages sales commercial offices located across Levant countries, North Africa, and Europe. At the heart of his leadership is a drive for sustainable innovation and product development throughout the division through a specialized Research and Development center, exemplified by INDEVCO’s Polymer Application Center for Technology (PACT). Prior to assuming his current position at INDEVCO in 2018, he served as the Vice President in Market Development at NAPCO Group from 2015 to 2018. Sarkis Dagher's career is marked by many experiences. He started at INDEVCO in 1983 from production engineering and product development to plant management, operations management, and later global marketing, growth strategy, managing multinational key account sales, and business development strategy at the international scale. Sarkis holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Christian Brothers University in Tennessee, USA. Additionally, he has further fortified his skill set through an Executive Management certification from Penn State University, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
