Hello! I’m a junior Accounting major at The University of Texas at Dallas and was recently accepted into the Professional Program in Accounting (PPA). I currently have a 3.7 GPA and am grateful to be an Academic Excellence Scholarship recipient. I’m pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Accounting, expected to graduate in May 2027, and my Master of Science in Accounting and Analytics, expected in May 2028, as I work toward earning my CPA license. My professional and volunteer experiences reflect my passion for client service and detail-oriented work. At Pho Bistro, I manage high-volume transactions, train new team members, and ensure compliance in cash handling and reporting. Through the IRS VITA program, I prepared tax returns for more than 50 clients, applying advanced IRS certification to ensure accuracy while helping individuals improve their financial literacy. Beyond academics, I am an active member of the UTD Accounting Club, Vietnamese Student Association, and Chinese Tea Club, where I have strengthened leadership, collaboration, and cross-cultural communication skills. I also bring strong technical expertise as a Microsoft Office Specialist (Excel, Excel Expert, Word, Word Expert, PowerPoint) and practical exposure to tax with EY, PwC, and KPMG certifications through Forage. I am currently interested in pursuing a Spring 2027 tax internship where I can contribute my technical knowledge, attention to detail, and client-focused approach while gaining valuable professional experience in public accounting.
