I am having 7.5 Years of experience as Sr. Talent Acquisition.Responsible for recruitment activities, which includes from identification, screening, sourcing,scheduling interview, process adherence, co-ordination etc.Understanding the requirements and interacting with the delivery manager and BDM’s for betterunderstanding of the JDPosting the Jobs on the portals as per the requirements.Sourcing resumes through internal Database, Job portals, and Job postings, Head hunting,Networking. Screening and short listing resumes as per the requirements.Speaking to candidate to find the fitment as per our requirements and also to know their interestlevels. Processing the candidate for further process to the higher authorities and clients. Coordinating with the Client for conducting interviews for the candidates. Taking the feedback from the BDM and delivery Manager about the interview. Keeping follow up and interacting with candidate and the Client till the final stage.Negotiating the pay and joining date of the candidates. At the time of offering job, explaining clearly all the career opportunities and the benefits to thecandidates, following up with the candidates to accept the job offer. Responsible for follow-ups and ensure closures by pushing the client.HR responsibility: Assigning Joining kit to candidates on daily basis andcoordinating with them for completion of documentationbefore joining date.Verifying all the required documents from candidates.MIS and Employee data updating on daily basis.Experience with HR software such as HRMS.Experience in compiling data for reporting, forecastingand planning management. reporting.Coordinating with HRRMs and Business heads for smoothonboarding of candidates.
