• Receiving spare parts request from Store Manager • Identifying potential suppliers and sending quotation requests. • Collecting multiple quotations from different suppliers. • Analyzing lowest cost and availability of the material. • Negotiating with vendors for terms and conditions. • Preparing Comparison sheet and Purchase Order. • Obtaining approval for purchase order from Workshop Manager, Finance Manager and Managing Director. • Sending Purchase Orders to Suppliers and inform them to deliver within the delivery schedule. • Informing Workshop Supervisor about the order status and delivery status. • Informing to Store about the Order quantity and delivery status. • Receiving Material Receipt note from Store and attaching with Supplier invoice and handing over to Accounts department for payment process. • Preparing monthly Audit reports. • Assisting with Workshop Supervisor for Work Order Process. • Assisting Workshop Manager for workshop correspondences. • Attending weekly management meeting to clarify equipment maintenance status. • Supervising and inspecting workshop to ensure material are used properly. • Selling Scrap Batteries and other items. • Coordinating with OEM supplier for Crane testing and configuration. • Handling Lifting tackle equipment’s and certification. • Arranging Third party inspection for Lifting tackle. • Preparing Annual budget for workshop for Management Approval.
