Having risen through the ranks for the past 15 years within the largest trans-shipment hub in the country, Here are some of my attributes that might be interesting to you: I bring with me diverse experience in overseeing full spectrum ports operations management encompassing operational planning, resource management as well as cost control where I have played a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient port operations. Besides that, my excellent acumen in driving continuous improvement initiatives had enabled me to reduce the fleet usage from 10 working TT’s to eight and leading to massive reduction in the overall operating costs and provide best customer service to clients as Key Accounts Manager. Furthermore, I believe my strong leadership qualities coupled with my capacity to coach and mentor subordinates would make me an asset to your organization.
