During my five years at Michigan State University, I earned two bachelors degrees - one in Fine Arts and the other in Arts and Humanities. I spent the better part of the past five years receiving an intensive liberal arts education, in which I learned valuable skills such as design, creative problem solving, critical thinking, communication, ethical decision making, time management, among many others. Through vigorous arts workshops and classes, I was able to refine my art making skills as well as general design principles and techniques. Some of the technical skills I have mastered include drawing and painting in a variety of medias such as oil, watercolor, acrylic and ink, DSLR operation, Adobe Photoshop, 50 wpm typing, creative and professional writing and editing, safe operation of multiple wood shop tools (particularly sanders, saws, nail/staple guns), safe operation of plasma cutter and MIG welding, safe operation of ceramic pottery wheel and kiln.
