• Use extensive knowledge of department requirements and applicant pool, to assess applicants' overall record and experience for final admissions determination and recommendation. • Analyze student application materials to determine complete educational history. • Determine UC eligibility status, including research concerning accreditation, variant educational and grading systems, and external collegiate coursework for its comparability to UC coursework. • Interpret and apply complex UC faculty-approved guidelines governing undergraduate freshman admission. • Use reference materials including but not limited to UC's high school course agreements on the Doorways website, the UC California course list database, and the California statewide articulation database, ASSIST. • Complete training and norming sessions related to the review of freshman applicants seeking admission to the University of California, Santa Cruz.

• Supervised a team of 15 Resident Assistants, providing feedback, conducting bi-monthly one-on-ones, and offering specialized leadership coaching • Guided Graduate Assistant in supervision, accountability, desk procedures, and mediation techniques • Assessed and retrained both Resident Assistants and Office Assistants on desk procedures, customer service, and job responsibilities

• Co-supervised a staff of 22 Resident Assistants with the delivery of feedback, consistent monthly one-on-ones, and offering of well-being support • Selected, recruited, supervised, and trained a staff of 10 Office Assistants throughout an academic year • Advised and support the Residence Association through intentional hall-wide programming, socialization, and teamwork • Co-instructed ELPS 350: a course designed to prepare Resident Assistant candidates for hire • Served on an on-call rotation to mitigate crisis situations and care for the well-being of residents

• Supervised 9 Orientation Leaders throughout family programs and overnight orientation sessions • Built and established a strong rapport with the staff of 20 Orientation Leaders within a month time period • Coordinated overnight housing assignments for 600+ first-year students during each orientation session in accordance of age, gender, and accessibility needs • Arranged task lists for each orientation leader to ensure all components of orientation were staffed appropriately
