- Develop and implement a media/social media plan for the space. - Develop and maintain necessary media platform and branding for the space as well as social media accounts active and engaged with the Space community. - Spot social media trends, including new platforms and changes to existing ones through screening of relevant national and regional news in addition to identifying any good and potential practices that support the space. - Generate compelling media content, features, stories, etc. suitable for various social media platforms and events including photos, videos, infographics, etc. - Document activities, events, and functions through photos and videos with light editing. - Execute and optimize content during campaigns to ensure momentum visibility. - Initiate media opportunities for the space and visibility. - Regular update of the website content. - Producing a periodic online newsletter. - Generate regular and monthly analysis reports on social media outcomes. - Coordinate focused public relations tasks and networking events with a varied audience. - Supporting training and orientation on social media as seen appropriate and needed that support the space’s mandate. - Support coordinate events and provide logistics preparations and organizing regional meetings, Events, and workshops as assigned by the manager. - Ensure all products and documents are aligned with partners' branding policies and guidelines. This requires reviewing the guidelines and continuously providing instructions to Liwan team to ensure alignment. - Continuous and regular daily update of Liwan Space Mobile Application. - Contribute to outreach and dissemination of the chatbot (Action plan) tool. - Any other assigned tasks as seen required by the management.

My week was devoted to understanding the concept of design thinking, gaining insight about the company's initiatives, and producing a short film touching on "Liwan Youth Space" as a company.
