As Head of Human Resources in India, I served as a thought leader for Gartner’s second largest geography globally. In this role, I was responsible for designing and developing the people strategy with a focus on engagement, retention, employee experience and building a high-performance culture. Gartner, Inc. Responsible for the P&L of the Consumer Services (Direct to Consumer / D2C) business for Experian India. Set up the business from scratch in 2016 and by 2019, we were the leader in this space. Built products that consumers wanted in a fast, agile and responsive manner and entered new segments and created novel models that were never explored by the industry earlier. Team grew from a handful to over 60 passionate and enthusiastic members who would go on to crush targets month on month, quarter on quarter and year on year. With benchmark People Survey and Net Promoter Scores, this business is well on its way to become a premium and sustainable high growth business for Experian.

Responsible for all areas of HR for the Corporate Functions. In addition, was also responsible for an organization wide initiative called ‘3 Academy’ - Providing all employees of 3 with the best avenues for education thereby adding value to their overall development and increasing their engagement levels. This initiative increased stickiness in the system by 100%.

HR Business Partner with responsibility for all areas of HR for Swiss Re's captive India initiative. Conceptualized and executed the following organization wide initiatives: - Competency Modeling & Assessments - Succession Planning - Career Progression model - Employee Satisfaction Surveys including analysis & Action planning - Rewards & Recognition Scheme - Led the recruitment of over 250 employees with varied skill sets & Language proficiencies
