Head Projects / Director Projects(Associated Vice President) | Modernization and Upgradation of LGB International Airport in Guwahati and Chaudhari Charan Singh International Airport– Terminal Building and Airside Land Side | Oct ‘21 – Present Project Cost: USD 600 Million (PMC In-house) I was hired to lead the development and expansion of Guwahati International Airport. My efforts enabled the successful delivery of the project within timelines, budgets, and quality standards, with significant cost savings and enhanced operational excellence. Key Achievements: ● Airport Development Leadership: Spearheaded the master planning and development of Guwahati International Airport, including a new international terminal, runway expansion, taxiways, and aprons, showcasing expertise in project leadership. ● Multidisciplinary Team Management: Successfully managed diverse teams (AECOM, JACOBS, Mott McDonald, EGIS, SPCPL, NCC, L&T) to ensure efficient project delivery, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards. ● Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Fostered strong relationships with government agencies, airlines, and regulatory bodies to align project goals, facilitate smooth execution, and drive stakeholder satisfaction. ● Strategic Planning and Risk Management: Developed and implemented strategies to optimize project performance, enhance capacity, and improve passenger experience, while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes. ● Cost Optimization and Contract Management: Achieved significant cost savings (INR 150 crores) through value engineering, optimized terminal design, and effective contract management, resulting in enhanced operational excellence, commercial viability, and recognition through awards and certifications.

Assistant Vice President – Projects | Development of Navi Mumbai International Airport LTD, INDIA, by GVK group | Feb ‘18 – Sep ‘21 Project Cost: USD 900 Million (PMC In-house) I was hired to lead the development of Navi Mumbai's Greenfield International Airport. My efforts enabled the successful delivery of a comprehensive airport development project. Key Achievements: ● Airport Master Planning: Reviewed and modified the existing master plan for Navi Mumbai's Greenfield International Airport to accommodate future traffic growth of 60 million passengers, ensuring a robust framework for airport development. ● Design and Vendor Management: Established design principles for economic value addition, led vendor evaluation and selection, and prepared bid documents for infrastructure projects worth over USD 300 million (INR 2500 crore), driving efficient project procurement. ● Project Finalization and Budgeting: Finalized airport design, conducted value engineering and budget estimation, and secured board approval for project costs, ensuring a well-defined project scope and budget. ● Phased Development and Program Management: Formulated a phased development plan synchronized with the operational plan, led program management activities, and ensured timely and efficient project execution, including design, construction, bid preparation, and PMC management. ● Sea Reclamation and Project Control: Successfully completed 56 million cubic meters of rock filling to reclaim 1160 hectares of sea area for airport development within 18 months, and established robust project control systems to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Assistant Vice President – Projects, Bangalore International Airport LTD, INDIA | Jan’16– Feb’18 Project Cost: USD 450 Million (PMC In-house) Project: Development of New Runway and Associated Taxiways and Aviation Infrastructure (CAT III B Compliant), Upgradation and Modernization of Existing Airport Facilities I was hired to lead airport expansion and development. My efforts enabled the successful delivery of a comprehensive airport development project. Key Achievements: ● Future-Proof Airport Design: Modified the existing airport master plan to accommodate 60 million passengers, aligning with forecasted demands. ● Comprehensive Cost Planning: Secured board approval for a project budget exceeding INR 2000 crore, ensuring financial viability. ● Strategic Development Roadmap: Formulated a phased development plan, synchronizing operational growth with procurement strategies and bid document preparation for PMC and EPC contracts. ● Effective Project Governance: Led project teams, coordinating daily with stakeholders and administering contracts to ensure efficient project execution. ● Major Infrastructure Milestones: Completed 20 million cubic meters of earthwork and major underground drainage within seven months, showcasing exceptional project management capabilities.

Project Cost: USD 200 Million (PMC In-House) I was hired to manage airport projects. My efforts enabled the timely completion of airport development initiatives. Key Achievements: ● Multifaceted Project Management: Spearheaded concurrent airport projects, fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders and ensuring adherence to aviation regulations and safety protocols. ● Comprehensive Airport Design Oversight: Conducted in-depth reviews of airport master plans and designs, encompassing airside developments and cutting-edge cargo facilities. ● Construction Excellence: Successfully led the construction of aircraft hangars and oversaw the timely completion of extensive airfield pavement works, spanning approximately 2.1 million square meters. ● Strategic Cost Optimization: Executed feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering initiatives to streamline project expenses and ensure budgetary compliance. ● Operational Excellence: Implemented quality control measures, ensured DGCA compliance, and coordinated with operations teams to deliver runway extensions and upgrades in Indonesia and Sri Lanka airports.

Involved Teams: Owner Madhya Pradesh Power Generation Company Limited, Owner’s Consultant: M/S DESEIN India Pvt. Ltd. Delhi. Role:  Coordinate with Owner’s Consultant, and Owner.  Design Approval and Other’s coordination with different authorities for approval.  Organizing of site mobilization of the project team.  Resource planning and Mobilization.  Budgeting and Forecasting of Cash flow (Cash flow Schedule).  Vendors’ evaluation.  Approving of Various construction methodologies.  Project Team Building.  Contract Formulation and Administration.  Procurement.  Design and Cost optimization.  Day to day co-ordination With Client’s representatives and various department.  Control and manage the Safety norms.  Negotiation with Vendors and rate finalization.  Quantity and subsequently finalization of BOQ.

Reviewing Design basis, Drawings, Q.A.P and Vendor’s credibility and approving the same. - Reviewing project contracts and procurement strategy planning. - Handling Fuel Hydrant System - Finalizing and subsequently certifying the Milestone Payment Schedule for various activities. - Rate analysis and cost estimation and subsequent negotiation with the Contractor. - Reviewing and finalizing the awarding process for various contractors. - Liaising with National and International Statutory and Local government bodies like DGCA, ICAO, OISD etc., for getting final approval of project related events.
