IAM OPEARTING WITH A TEAM OF MANAGERS & EXECUTIVES WORKING UNDER ME (AT KOLKATA & AT ROURKELA PLANT). DOING PROCUREMNT TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVES, SERVICE CONTRACT VIZ. CONSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT HIRING, MANPOWER, MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES, CONTRACT NEGOTIATION/FINALIZATION, VENDOR DEVELOPMENT, BUDGET ANALYSIS, FLOATING RFQ, IMPLEMENTATION OF PROCUREMENT TRANSFORMATION WITH APPOINTED MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, PROGRESS REVIEW MEETINGS WITH USER DEPARTMENT. EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENTING ENGINEERING KNOW HOW AND KNOWLEDGE AS PROJECT MANAGER OF EPC TURN KEY PROJECTS OVER 15 YEARS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT, ENGINEERING, CONSTRCUTION MANAGEMENT IN INDUSTRIAL SECTOR DURING FORMATION AND EXECUTION OF CONTRACT.

Job Profile: Project execution within delivery and financial boundaries of contracts. Work in close association with cross functional team for drawings/document approvals to speed up execution. Release for construction at site / fabrication at works, Quality Control team for Inspection-testing. Attending project / engineering review meetings with client/consultants. Co-ordinate internal review meetings within the Group Heads and prepare monthly cost budget, MIS. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Sub-Contractors for billing, monitoring fabrication and erection & review work at site. Reporting to functional head on regular basis. Project under execution: Utility Packages of 130MT Terry Towel Green Field Project at plant location Budhni (70Km from Bhopal M.P.) comprising of: - Compressor House - Air, Water, Steam, Condensate Piping , Pipe Rack - Intake Reservoir Pump House - Underground Tank Pump House - Process Cooling Tower Consultants: Gherzi Eastern Limited (GEL), Mumbai & Pratap Pareek, Ahmedabad

Role involvedRole in each project generally involve following: - Planning, Coordination. - Drawing submission, approval from client/consultant. - Design modification and validation (as & when required). - Preparation of purchase specifications, Technical Data Sheet, O&M manuals. - Comparative Study before ordering bought out items. Issuance of Purchase intend. - Coordination with manufacturing, Inspection Team. - Project reporting (MIS). Monitor Billing. - Project cost control, cost budget. - Site Coordination & Follow-up - Review Sub-contractors bills for Fabrication & Erection
