I currently serve as the Vice President & Group CHRO at FERTIS INDIA, a fast growing technology company, focused on research, development and commercialization of novel crop nutrients, microbes, and protectants. As a strategic business partner, I leverage my cross-industry background, uncanny business acumen, and HR analytics skills to design and implement people strategies that enable organizational growth and performance. I have a proven track record in leading HR functions such as talent management, learning and development, performance management, scaling-up organizations, team and conflict management, and employer branding. I am also an expert in workforce management, with a strong knowledge of industrial relations and labor laws.
