 Maintain TAT report, analyze sales and service report, L2 and L3 repair, tracking daily job sheet, happy calls, resolve customer escalations, stock maintain, cleanness of centre, provide training to staff, recruitment of staff, build up relations with sales promoter/ retailers, maintain daily attendance and leave, distribution of salary, bonus and performance incentive, strategy for business growth, certification and award to best performer, facilitate management etc.

 Maintain field staff daily activity reports, check field expenses vouchers, new joinee and confirmation, generate sales and incentive reports, checking and replying mails and e-mails, follow-up with depots and co-ordination with management, arrangement of Hotels for stay and meeting, hiring taxi, air ticket, train ticket for Managers, support Managers in preparation of sales target, ensuring availability of stationeries in office and within field staff, drafting letter and internal correspondence and their dispatch, courier tracking, build relationship with third party vendor like courier service, stationers, tour and travels, hotels, computer system service engineer, electrician, carpenter, genset and telephone repair mechanic, ensuring timely training of field trainee staff, preparation of field tour programme of managers, follow up with field staff for sales outstanding or pending accounts ledger, keep tracking with C&F agent for sales invoice and dispatch of invoiced goods, monitoring distributors sales orders etc.

*  Achieve MBO (ISR, IAR, LPR, stock accuracy, stock in month), plan MSL with back orders/ sales orders/ transit/ lead time and current inventory. *  Handling customer complaint, issues and part pendency of service centre and give feedback to BSM/RPM. *  Responsible for security and safety of stocks, infrastructure and all items in our charge. *  Keeping track of in/ out movement of stocks – new stock/ repairable/ damages or returnable items. *  Forwarding MIS, related to sales and stock to Accounts Dept. *  Proper co-ordination with Regional Warehouse, Logistic Dept. and authorized distributor.
